Can domain names be changed after they are registered?

Please remember that registered domain names are final and cannot be changed until they expire. There are still a lot of customers out there who requested to change their domain names after the domain have been activated.

We prepared a confirmation page in our ordering system to allow users to double-check the information typed in the order form. There is no way of changing the name of the domain once it has been registered - be it due to a typo or if you find that the domain name you registered is not marketable / not easily remembered.

If such situation happens, the only option you have is to register a different domain name and replace it with the misspelled domain name. We will only change your domain name (a.k.a register a new domain) without charging you if we are the ones who mistakenly registered your domain name not according to your order.
