Lost your password?

Everybody forgets their password, right? Who doesn’t? Because of this typical human tendency to forget their passwords, we have enabled a simple password reset form in the Cpanel login page so that you don’t have to e-mail us everytime you forgot your password or in the case where your password got hacked. This feature will give you even more control of your account.

When resetting your password, the password reset function will ask for your Cpanel username as a requirement to reset your password. Therefore, while you may forget your password, you should at least remember your Cpanel username for this to work (can’t remember your username too??! err… . After you have specified the username, an e-mail with a reset link and a reset code will be sent to you. You can either click on the link provided or copy and paste the reset code into the password reset page. This process is done this way so that it won’t allow someone else to reset your password without your permission.
)
However, please remember that the password reset email will be sent to the email address specified in your Cpanel contact info. Therefore, it is important to keep the contact information in your Cpanel updated with your primary email address that you use most frequently.
So do not worry if you forget your password next time. Afterall, forgetting your password is not a crime. Look at it on the positive side: it means your password combination is too secure that even you yourself can forget it!
