Intermittent connection at the datacenter

This morning, there seems to be an intermittent connection to our servers due to a small network problem in the datacenter (DC #1 in Cyberjaya) as being informed by the datacenter team. This intermittent connection has caused some few minutes access problem to any sites under Namsahaz’s server.

We’d like to extend our sincere apologies for the short downtime period of between 5-10 minutes which happened a couple of times this morning, causing websites to be unavailable with the error “Server not found”.

However, the connection now seems to be stable again and we are continually keeping in-touch with the datacenter engineers in order to make sure that everything is fine.
